About The Flower Bank
Nestled in the foothills of the Black Mountains, The Flower Bank in Talgarth is led by innovative floral designer Ruminah Benoy. Inspired by the natural world and the seasons, she creates everything from hand-tied bouquets to expressive event florals, using Welsh-grown stems and premium Dutch blooms for beauty and consistency throughout the year.
Behind her is a wonderfully supportive family team: grower Rashid, founder of the horticultural charity Flora Cultura, and daughters Rebecca and Matilda, who add their digital and artistic sparkle to the mix.

Delivery & Collection
Based in the heart of Talgarth, we offer local flower delivery across the town and surrounding area, along with in-shop collection. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or simply to brighten the day.
